Using the latest engineering software we are able to utilize your cad file and transform it into a complex and exact tooling. We utilize SolidWorks for our CAD (computer-aided design) programming and Surf Cam for our CNC machining software.

We work closely with our engineering team and customers to interpret all necessary gauging requirements, including custom-made gauging by our tool room. And we are equipped with fully calibrated equipment including CMM, Optical Comparators, Machinist Microscopes, etc..
