Our plastics department currently has 30 injection machines and we specialize in short to mid-range production runs, however, Cardinal is equipped to handle volume jobs with quantities in the millions.

The key to the success of our rubber department is fast lead times, quality parts, and on-time deliveries. With a large in-house tooling department, a shot capacity of up to 72oz, and 7 injection machines (250 tons), we are in every type of industry.
Each member of the rubber department team is trained on the setup/maintenance of each machine. This allows for maximum run times and top-quality parts.
We have the capability to work with many materials including Buna-N, Neoprene, Silicone, Butyl, Natural, Viton, SBR, EPDM, and Polyurethane.
